■所感
袋井のインター近くにある担々麺が有名な中華飯屋。
自慢の担々麺は黒ゴマと白ゴマの二種類あり。
それぞれに異なる印象のメニューとなっています。
今回注文した黒ゴマタイプはあっさり醤油+
黒ゴマ風味というこの店の独自感が出た
一杯と思います。
■担々麺炒飯セット(1100円)
平日と土曜のランチタイムには
担々麺ともう一品が付いてくる
お得なセットがあるようです。
・担々麺
辛さと黒ごまか白ごまかを選択します。
今回は辛さ大辛(普通より一段辛い)の黒ゴマを選択しました。
スープはサラッとした醤油系に黒ゴマが浮いている構成。
あくまで醤油スープが前面に出ていて
そこに黒ゴマの風味がフォローする形で
全体的にあっさりしていています。
辛さは一段辛くしたもののあまり
イメージした辛さを感じませんでした。
麺は自家製麺の中太縮れ麺。
具材はネギ、肉みそ。
肉みその甘みが強く、あっさりスープとの
対比がしっかり出来ていているため
一緒に食べたときの心地よい印象です。
・炒飯
具材は卵、ネギ、叉焼、ハム。
油多めのぱらっと焼き加減。
味はしっかりついているものの
塩気がかなり強い印象です。
