自分で揚げる串揚げのお店 初めて行きました
90分の時間制限を考えると 閉店までギリギリの時間でしたが
数組待っての入店
案内の若い男性ｽﾀｯﾌも私が初めてだったので
丁寧に説明して下さいました
繋ぎになる小麦粉を溶いたものとパン粉をつけて揚げます
つけるのはこれだけ？ と思いましたが
揚げたてということもあり 美味しいです
1種類1本 数本取ってきましたが 周りを見てびっくり！
同じ種類で20本近く とか 山盛りを何皿も の方も
負けられない と頑張りました
ざっくり切ったｷｬﾍﾞﾂがありましたがﾄﾞﾚｯｼﾝｸﾞがかけられていました
きゃべつは そのまま がよかったな～
数種類ですがｻﾗﾀﾞやﾃﾞｻﾞｰﾄもあり 美味しくいただきました
ｶﾚｰやﾊﾟｽﾀもありました
またﾁｮｺﾌｫﾝﾄﾞｭも楽しかったです
揚げたて熱々で好きな具材を選べるので
それなりに美味しく 楽しめました
一つだけ気になったのは
終わりの頃になったら 一つの大きさが４倍くらいになってた！
