袋井市にあるラーメン店『力丸家』さんに行って来ました。
家系ラーメンのお店です。
今回は塩豚骨チャーシュー、麺硬め、味の濃さ普通、油普通で注文しました。
計930円です。
このお店はマスターの気合いの湯切りが凄いです。
かけ声と共に湯きりをしています。
女性店員が少し引きながら相づちを打っていました。
テーブルには生玉ねぎのみじん切りがありました。
生玉ねぎは豚骨家系ラーメンによく合います。
ニンニクと刻みショウガもありました。
スープは多分業務用スープだと思います。
でも十分美味しいスープでした。
麺は家系独特の太めで短いタイプです。
チャーシューも多分業務用だと思いますが十分美味しいです。
