渚交流館で頼んだ定食が出来上がるのを待つ間に「幸の字」さんをのぞくと、揚げたての美味しいおかずがたくさん並んでいます。
今回前菜(笑)に選んだのは鰯入りシラス団子 3個\100-とアジフライ@\150-。シラス団子は塩味も良く効いていてビールにピッタリです。揚げたてのアジフライも臭みがなく、薄い衣にふっくらとした身で、これなら魚嫌いの人でもおいしく戴けます。魚(の骨)きらいの人が言っていたので間違いないと思います。
新鮮な海鮮を揚げたてをその場で頂く贅沢。隣接の「漁師の丼屋」や「日向」と共用のテーブルなので、気楽に頂けるのも嬉しいです。
渚の交流館へ行ったら、きっとまた買ってしまうでしょう。
