らーめん道中膝栗毛、袋井宿。帰り道、藤枝で寄り道ラーメン食べようかとお目当ての店に行ったら、売り切れ休業の貼り紙、悲しい思い。気持ちを切り替えて藤枝を後にする。向かう先は袋井、麺屋燕。絶対に間違いのないであろうブランドのお店。ついた頃には7時過ぎ。まあお腹にはちょうど良い時間だ。駐車場は広くてすぐに止められた。店内は少し不思議な入口？風除室を通り過ぎて入る。店員さんがアルコールスプレーを手にしてくれ、券売機で燕黒らーめん850円に鰯ごはん250円を選択。店内は教育中なのか、スタッフが多い、6人くらい居る。それゆえなのか、、、驚愕のスピードでラーメンがやって来た。多分最速だ。
マスクを取り外すと煮干しの香りが強烈に入り込んでくる。はぁー、落ち着くわぁ。そしてスープを啜ると、ふわぁ〜、うまぁ〜〜い。煮干しに、背脂、フライドオニオンが香り、芳醇な醤油味と甘味が味蕾を刺激、震えるわぁ。麺もいい感じの細さで、支那竹も加わりもうたまらん。いわしごはんもスープやめんまや焼豚と合わせて食べれば、最高。震える旨さだ、ごちそうさまでした。
