久しぶりに静岡出張で磐田宿泊。
朝ラーでラーメンショップ行こうかと思いましたが、こてつがやってるとの情報をキャッチし、朝8時特攻
実は、ここの店舗も、行きたいと思ってましたが、なかなか時間が合わず行けてませんでした
以前は朝ラーメンやってなかったような気がします(私の勘違いかもしれませんが)
ようやく念願叶って初訪問
入店して食券機の左上の法則でワンタン麺をチョイス
席でラーメンを待ちますが、お席にはおしぼりが置かれてあります。
さて、ワンタン麺ですが、スープは真っ黒の細麺のラーメン
麺は自家製のようですね
細いですけども、喉越しもよくこしもありおいしい
真っ黒な醤油スープも、見た目ほど濃くなくて、バランスもいいですね
チャーシューは豚バラ肉しっかりと味ついてます
ワンタンは、少し厚めの感じで仕上げてあります。これはこれでおいしい。
ようやく念願叶って初めて食べられました。
