年末差し迫る12/30。ぷらぷらしながら西へ東へ近場を走れば昼。空いているのかラーメン屋。また、赤辛らーめんが食べたくなって、此度は磐田の牛賀にやって来た。12:00ど真ん中だが客入りは少ない。入店して券売機で赤辛らーめん1090円を選択。何故か券売機のメカ音が凄くロボコップの様。食券を渡して、着席する。壁向かいに座るボッチ席は少し狭め。注文の品はすぐにやって来た。
きれいなオレンジ色の赤辛らーめん、今日は更に激辛そうなラー油を追加だ。期待通りの辛味！汗が噴き出て、鼻水出てくる。ここのスープは高丘店より牛骨薄めか甘味は控えめ。細麺はいい感じにスープに絡みうまい。支那竹食べればご飯が欲しくなる。低温調理の焼豚はたまらんね。和え玉欲しくなるがやはり我慢、ごちそうさまでした。さあ、隣のドンキーでかいものするかな。
