ゴールデンウイークに掛川花鳥園に行き、ランチでこちらのお店を利用しました。
9時35分にお店に行くと、18番目の整理券で開店後の一巡目で座ることが出来ました。
三時間待ちだとか、それ以上に待たされると噂のさわやかですが、朝イチに行くと開店待ちはありますが、長時間待たなくて済みそうです。
注文は定番の「げんこつハンバーグ」
待つこと25分で出てきます。
その場でハンバーグをカットしてくれるエンターテイナー。そしてめちゃくちゃ丁寧な接客。
やはり人気の裏にはこういう所がしっかりしてるなぁ。と思います。
そしてお味ですが、私的にはこのソーセージのような肉肉しい味と筋ぽさは好みではないけれど
今回は一度でいいからさわやかに行きたい。
という目的を花鳥園に行くという事とセットで達成できたので、満足度は高かったです。
