掛川での商談前の打ち合わせ。せっかくならおいしいコーヒーを飲みながら打ち合わせしたいので、食べログで検索して「ぎょくろ」さんを訪問。
コーヒー専門店なので、いくつかのストレートコーヒーがありました。その中でブラジルを注文。中煎りで香り高いコーヒーでした。量はやや少なめと思います。
カップにはあまりこだわりはないのでしょうか？ ウェッジウッドじゃなくてもいいので、もう少しこだわったカップだとさらにコーヒーがおいしくなるように思います。
昭和40年創業の老舗だそうです。店内は木目調でいい雰囲気です。
店内は禁煙席と喫煙席が分かれています。仕切りがあるわけじゃないので不完全分煙ですが、それでも非喫煙者には全面喫煙可よりはマシ。
本日の中日新聞を眺めていたら、厚労省が20歳以上に男女にアンケート調査をしたところ、約半数が飲食店の全面禁煙を希望しているそうで、厚労省は『重く受け止める』と書かれていました。はやくそうなることを期待します。
