今日は掛川の取引先現場へ出張です。現場の作業を確認して、倉庫内の状況もチェックしました。また、管理状況やマネジメントの徹底と標準と帳票などを確認しました。お昼までに終われば良いなと予測していましたが、予定より約1時間も早く終了です。取引先の方々も効率良く対応してくれました。「お食事でもいかがですか」と誘われましたが、午後は事務所に行ってレポートなど整理ですとちょっと事実と違う事を申し上げて、そそくさと掛川駅に戻りました。掛川駅前でうなぎも良いなあと思いましたが、蕎麦を頂くこととしました。本日のランチも良いなと迷いましたが、暖かい蕎麦ミニとしらす丼のセットを頂きました。蕎麦はこしがあって、お出汁も美味しかったです。しらす丼は、しらすと錦糸卵の上にいくらものっていてお値打ちで絶品でした。掛川駅駅前ですが、とても良い店を開拓できました。掛川の現場に出張の際は、必ず寄りますね。ごちそう様でした。
