一泊二食「夕食は総料理長のおまかせコース」のプランで利用した。
ホテルで総料理長のおまかせコースを頂く、期待が高かった。
個室に案内され先ずはワインを選ぶ、「当店お勧めの安くて美味しいイタリア産の赤ワイン」を注文したた。

味はマイルドで飲みやすい。
*タスマニアサーモンのコンフィ
低温で調理しているとかで初めての食感。
*鯛のポアレ
普通に美味しかった。
*アンガス牛のロースト
待ちに待った期待のメインディッシュ、ナイフを入れたが、肉が固くてなかなか切れない。
やっと切れて口に入れたが、今度は肉が噛みきれない。
友人は怒って吐き出した。
自分は時間をかけて噛み砕き飲み込んだ。
食べ残すとシェフに悪いと思い、友人の分まで食べたが後悔した。夜中まで消化しないで翌朝胃が重たかった。
一流のホテルで「総料理長のコース料理を食べる」機会はなかなか無い。
期待値が高かった分、失望も大きかった。
