東京出張の帰り。Eugene（当時）を訪ねてみた。
東京での顧客訪問が長引いて予定より３０分遅れてしまったが、飲むことを想定して名古屋の城北線並みのダイヤの巡回バスで来たEugene（当時）と無事駅前で合流。
掛川駅から、前回訪問したペルー料理の店を左手に見やり、二町畝ほど歩いて右手に折れ、寂しい商店街を２ブロック半進むと右側に店を発見。ネオンも何もない。
通路を広く取ったテーブル席が壁際に１０卓ちょっと？・・今夜は宴会があるらしく我々は喧騒から離れるべくカウンターに着きます。
品川駅で購入したケーキをEugene（当時）に渡し、彼女は拙にモバイル用にとお揃いのマスコットをくれました。
さて。
食べましょう。
飲みましょう。
Eugene（当時）はワインは得意ではないのですが、何故か拙が把握してなかったこの店の〔ワイン飲み放題〕をキャッチしてくれていました。
ワインに限らず飲み放題というのはドリンクのレヴェルが高くないのですが、せっかくの申し出なので従います。
テーブル席の間にある通路に台が設けられていて、バケット（よく間違えられるバゲット→バケットとは違います（笑））に１０本以上のボトルが収められています。
Eugene（当時）と選んでいると、女性店員さんが「写真撮りましょうか？」と。
これが最初で最後のEugene（当時）とのショットとなりました。しかもslightly outta focus・・
ワインは殆んどがアメリカは西海岸のヴァレー産。ところが中にオーストラリア産のものを発見し、途中から拙はこれで。
料理は
○タコのアヒージョ
○軟骨唐揚げ
○チーズ盛り合わせ
○かけがわトンテキ
○バゲットw/オリーヴオイル
いずれもそこそこ美味しかったと思います。
ほぼ満足して店を後にし、同じ通りにある屋台村に寄りましたが・・・結構な寂寥が漂っていました。
Eugene（当時）と“いつか来ようか”と話していましたが・・・それもなくなりました。
