娘を昼に誘うもフラレ一人向かった先は袋井にあるボウルズキッチンオハナ。どんぶり台所と名づけられた魅力的な店。何故かお洒落な店が集まるバイパスハズレのこの地域、エコパ客狙いという事なのか？らーめんを始めたという事で遅ればせながらようやくの来訪だ。店に入ると、なんか待ち客おり並んでるのかと思ったが、テークアウトまちのよう。若い店員さんが、ごもごにょごにょと何言ってんだかわからない。こっちもごにょごにょ、座って良いか？通じない。もう一回、座って良いの？ようやく通じカウンター着席。ランチらーめんセット1000円。+R blackらーめんとレア焼豚丼を注文だ。丼は速攻提供、らーめんは意外とまつ。たのしみだ、しかし+Rってなんじゃ？
出て来たラーメンは見た目から既に美味そう。スープはまろやか、甘味旨味が際立つ珠玉の味わい。かえしに鶏出汁が混ざり合い見事な調和。麺は細麺で小麦の味が際立つ。柔らかめに茹でられ、舌触りも良くスープも良く絡み、いつまでも食べていたくなる。鶏焼豚は、スープの染み込みが良くあっさりであるも味わい深い。支那竹も味歯応えよくおかわりしたい。焼豚は低温調理、焼豚丼もそうだが完成度が高い。ドンの方にはたっぷり乗せられて、食べ応え抜群だ。何故か食べ終えると更に食欲が湧いてくる、美味かった。ごちそうさまでした。
