■所感
愛野駅から東にある丼モノとラーメンのお店。
女性客を意識したカフェの様な雰囲気の店内。
丼モノを最初に始めただけあって良い意味で
ラーメン屋のサイドメニューにあるまじき一品。
ラーメンは出汁の旨さにこだわった一杯。
あっさり清湯系スープはボディの効いた地鶏の
旨味を感じます。
■ラーメン&丼セット(1250円)+味たま(100円)

ゴールドは鶏塩スープのラーメン。
スープは公式曰く滋味深い鳥清湯。
豊かな出汁からなる厚みのある風味。
卓上の黒胡椒、白胡椒もシンプルな
風味だからよく合います。
麺は菊川のナカダ食品製のもの。
春よ恋、焙煎ふすまなどの国産小麦を
ブレンドしているとのこと。
ストレート極細ながら麺の存在感の
ある食感です。
トッピングは叉焼、ねぎ、メンマ。
チャーシューは低温調理の豚、鶏。
メンマは大きい穂先タイプがふたつ。
追加トッピングの味玉は半玉。
量を考慮すると少し割高な印象。
黄身の塩気がかなり強く気になりました。
・ミニローストビーフ丼
具材はローストビーフ、赤玉ねぎ、ネギ。
ローストビーフはしっとり臭みがなく
仕上がっており、酸味をやや感じる
タマネギ醤油タレは他の具材との相性が
よく感じました。
ご飯にはタレがしっかりかけられており
全体の一体感がしっかり感じられます。
ラーメンはがっつり系ではないので
もうちょっと量を食べたいという場合に
サイズもレギュラーかミニかを選択
できるのもうれしい所です。
