最高の鮪を求めて、約4年ぶりに久々の訪店
相変わらずネタの良さは抜群で、技術というよりは素材の素晴らしさが際立ちます✨
やっぱり群を抜いて美味しいのは中トロ
日によって多少の良し悪しはありますが、甘くてとろけるような食感は、何度もリピートしたくなる最高の鮪です❗️
もちろん他のネタも鮮度の良さを感じる美味しいお寿司✨
