焼津の方では有名なお寿司屋さんです。
有名でそれなりに大きなお寿司屋さんですが、混雑時は時間に余裕はある方が良いでしょう。
街のお寿司屋さんとして落ち着く雰囲気で、ゆったりした空気が流れます。
家族で赤ちゃん連れの方も馴染んでいて、とっても居心地の良いお店です。
シンプルにお任せコースで。
10貫に汁物です。
流石に美味しい。寿司に関しては言うことありません。
都会で流行りの凝ったお寿司とは違ったクラシックなお寿司。鮪は赤身から大トロまで。シャリは少し大きめには感じますね。
山葵はお聞きしませんでしたが、擦ってるのかな。
静岡のすり山葵独特の香りがあったように思いましたが、自信はないです。
米麹味噌のお味噌汁、最高です。
居心地の良いお寿司屋さん。
東京のこれぞの寿司屋とは目指す方向性が違うと思われますので、ここを目当てに旅行するようなものではないとは思います。そういう方の批判は他所に置いておきましょう。
街寿司として近くにあればヘビロテ必至の名店です。
