三連休の二日目に、旦那さんの方のお墓参りに藤枝へ行きました。終えてから焼津に向かい、こちらのお寿司屋さんへ。
とてもいい感じの店構えで、店内も広々。カウンターも清潔感があり、季節の花が生けられています。
おそらく、1代目の店主と奥さん(共に80歳位かと。)そしてメインになる2代目の店主とご家族経営のお店のようです。1代目旦那さん、ご高齢にも関わらずキビキビとしていました。おばあちゃんも一生懸命です。
カウンター越しから暖かな気持ちになりながら、キリッと冷えたお店オリジナルの磯自慢を頂きます。
私達はいつもいきなり握りからは行かないので、ツマミを見繕って頂きます。これが、もう、冷酒と合う！！魚ネタもどれも美味しく、最高です！！
しいて言えば、お寿司の酢飯だけ改善して頂ければ、もっと最高になるかと。。
でも、またリピートしたいお店です。ご馳走様でした♪
