今日も寒い。
寒い時には牡蠣そばでしょ。
藤枝にて創業50年の老舗蕎麦屋「八兵衛」さんでは11月から2月季節限定の牡蠣そばを提供。
開店直後に到着するも広い店内は既に満席。
胡麻油の香りが漂う店内にて、素敵な中庭を眺めながら暫し待機後、奥テーブルに促され「卵とじ牡蠣そば」をオーダー。
5分程で到着するも見た目は牡蠣の存在が確認されず、シンプルに卵とじ蕎麦の装い。
卵とじの中を探索するとプックリした牡蠣が出てきましたよー。
アツアツの牡蠣を頬張りつつ、磯の香りが立っているツユにも負けず、コシと風味ある手打ち蕎麦が三位一体と化している至極の一杯。
四季のある日本。
冬っていいなって感じたひととき。
