◇Creative Chinese Cuisine from Yaizu◇
We serve original Chinese Cuisine from Yaizu. The recommended dish is "Chinese-style sashimi." We serve fresh seafood from Yaizu. We offer a space and food that everyone can enjoy. At Ishikawa, we hav |
It was a slightly late lunch on a holiday. My son and I went to "Inaka-fu Chinese Ishikawa." It's been over 10 years since we last visited when my son was little. There are parking spaces on both sides of the restaurant, with a total of 25 spaces. The first floor of the restaurant has table seats and a small raised area, with the small raised area featuring sunken tables. It has the atmosphere of an old Japanese house. The second floor is Chinese Cuisine hall, and it is a large restaurant that can accommodate up to 90 people (according to the website). We ordered a "bottled beer" (large) for 650 yen, and were served stewed bamboo Simmered dish and chicken and cucumber with sesame sauce (mini bang bang chicken). It's nice to see a Chinese restaurant serve a light appetizer with a dish that has been carefully prepared. "Scallops with green onion oil" (2 pieces) for 800 yen Scallop sashimi drizzled in green onion oil. There is less of a green onion scent than I expected, but the scallop sashimi was very fresh. "Shrimp Chinese dumpling" (2 pieces) 400 yen x 2 pieces You can see shrimp on top of the shumai. There were small shrimp inside the shumai as well. Freshly steamed, it was soft and had a light shrimp flavor. "Shrimp, squid and mushroom stir-fry with XO sauce" (small) 980 yen Shrimp, squid, and mushrooms such as shimeji, king oyster mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms. It also has okra, pumpkin, and other ingredients. The XO sauce is rich and delicious, and you'll probably get addicted to it. "Seafood Fried Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)" 1,300 yen Crab, squid, scallops, wood ear mushrooms, bok choy, bean sprouts, wakame seaweed, egg, cabbage, and shrimp with head and tail are decorated, making it a luxurious dish with plenty of Seafood. As the menu states, it is quite filling. The oyster sauce is rich in flavor, and the crispy texture of the noodles is great, making it the perfect beer snack! The cabbage was soft and a supporting role, but it was still delicious. "Mapo eggplant scorched" 1,250 yen Rice was served in a hot clay pot, and the waiter put the mapo eggplant into it. The mapo eggplant started to boil, making a sizzling sound. Just listening to the sound was exciting. Mapo eggplant is not spicy. It also contains tofu. The rich, thick seasoning and the scorched rice were fragrant. "Inaka ramen" 700 yen I had it before and wanted to eat it again, so I ordered it. The toppings were quail eggs, spinach, green onions, corn, and bonito flakes. It was a so-called Japanese-style soy sauce Ramen, but the soup was delicious, with a strong broth made from bonito flakes. The noodles were thin and straight. The smooth noodles went well with the soup. I ordered too much and ended up full, so I couldn't finish the soup, but it was so delicious that I wanted to drink it all. Unlike typical Chinese Cuisine, this restaurant incorporates a Japanese touch and is particular about the dishes. They don't use any umami seasonings, but the flavor is still strong. Thank you for the meal.
