妻が実家に戻っている間に俺に課せられた課題は・・
(といっても課題を課すのは俺。妻が娘をみている間でなければ掃除とかは進まないのです)
いつもは掃除だけだが、今日は障子の張替えに加え
母から「パソコン教えて」のヒトコトもありました。
障子の張替えと、床屋に行ったこともあり、トイレ掃除なんかは簡単に済ませ、
実家にパソコン教えに行くと・・・
「お寿司食べに行こう。」と母からナイスな提案。
一家でとか何人もだと無理だけどあんた一人ならご馳走してあげる。
・・・「ごちそうになります(*^_^*)」
で、行った先が「山内屋」
地元の名店、創業100年超えです。
頼んだのはおまかせ寿司(おまかせ握りだったかな？)
とろけるトロ
エビもイクラも臭みが無く、実においしい寿司です。
せっかくだからかき揚げも注文。
何？このコロモの薄さ。
固まってるんだけど、箸でホロホロ崩れる揚げ具合に感動。
もちろん油っぽさもありません。
どうやったらこう揚がるんでしょうか・・
