火曜日の男！今週はAQUAに乗ってドライブ方々、国道1号線を直走り朝8時半に藤枝市まで。藤枝名物と言えば朝ラーメン！藤枝市の老舗中華そば屋マルナカに朝ラーメンを食べに来ました。苦手な券売機から中華そば（並）600円をポチッと！
こちらマルナカは1919年創業の老舗。平日にも関わらず朝から行列しています。注文してから約10分ほどで中華そばが到着しました。見た目に昔ながらの中華そばって感じです。先ずはスープを一口、動物系に魚を＋して醤油の色は濃いが意外にも甘口な味わいで旨味が際立ちます。スープは岐阜の名店丸デブに酷似した味わい。具材に薄切りチャーシューが4枚にメンマにネギに焼き海苔入り。チャーシューが少し硬いが味が良く染み込み美味い。麺は自家製だろうか？中太のストレート麺でつるっとした舌触りで芯が少し残ったアルデンテでもっちりして今まで味わったことがないタイプの麺はスープに良く絡んで美味いですね。瞬く間にスープまで飲み干して完食なり。食べ終わって辺りを見回すと他のお客さんは冷やしと両方注文して食べてる方が目立ちました。どうやら温かい中華そばに冷やし中華そば700円と二つ食べるのがマルナカ流みたいだ。
中々美味かった。
