本日はこちらでランチ。
焼津市LINEクーポン対象店です。平日の11時半前、駐車場に空きがあったので訪問。普通ならお得なランチセットを頼むところですが、せっかく2,000円以上で1,000円引きになるので、ちょっと贅沢にこちらをオーダー。
・南まぐろかまトロにぎり御膳 2,500円/税抜

1,750円/税込になるので、結果的にはランチセットより高くなりました笑 まぁ、食べたいからしゃーなし。15分くらいで到着しました。なかなかのビジュアルです！かまトロ握りが7貫に、かま焼き、もずく、赤出汁。
まずはかま焼きから頂きます。
熱々ホクホク…、柔らかく、脂が吹き出す勢い。旨い！めちゃくちゃ脂が乗ってます。さすがは南まぐろのかまだけあり、可食部がかなり多いです。血合の部分も全く臭みがなく味が濃い。塩味は控えめなのでそのままパクパク食べられます。これは食べるべき逸品ですね。
かまトロ握りは、口の中でとろける味わい。脂の融点が低く、スッと消えていきます。かまトロの握りだけ7貫も食べるのは何とも贅沢ですね笑 ただ、脂も多いので流石に他のネタも食べたくなりました。かまトロを半分にして、赤身やら白身やら一般的なネタにすればもう少しリーズナブルに出来そうですが…、恐らくかまトロのネタとかま焼きの部位はセットなので、上手く仕入れを回すにはこのような配分にするしかないんでしょうね。
もずくはちょっと味薄めでしたが美味しい。赤出汁は温まります、やっぱり赤だね。

こちらを食べてみてわかったのは、半額で食べられるかまトロ丼の定食がかなりリーズナブルなんだろうと思いました。かまトロ握りは少しだけで良かったです。是非こちらに伺って際は、かま焼きを食べてみてください。
