休日のお昼に「寿司実」さんへ。
駐車場は店前に8～9台程。H/Pを見ると
大型バスも駐車可となっています。
店内はカウンター10席とテーブルは和風
のBOX席になっていて4人席×4卓。
奥には個室も見えました。お寿司屋さん
らしい和風の高級感感じる店内です。
注文したのはランチメニューの
・「上寿司御膳」2,800円
・「駿河御膳」2,800円
「上寿司御膳」
上寿司、お刺身、小鉢、茶碗蒸し、サラダ
味噌汁です。
茶碗蒸しはお出汁が香る優しい味付。小海老
が少し大きさがあり嬉しいなと。
小鉢は玉子焼きに豚の角煮。玉子焼きは
ほんのり甘みを感じしっとり。豚の角煮は
柔らかく上品な味わいです。
お寿司はトロ、イカ、赤身、鯵、数の子、
海老、いくら、ホタテです。トロは脂が
のってとても美味しく。赤身は本まぐろ
でしょうか。ねっとりとした食感。
シャリが少し柔らかめで吸い付くような
もっちりした食感。小ぶりの握りで一口で
頬張れる大きさが好みです。
「駿河御膳」は上寿司に桜海老のかき揚げ
小鉢(もずく酢)、アイスクリームが付いて
います。上寿司御膳と価格が一緒で、こちらは
品数少なく。桜海老のかき揚げの原価が
するんだ…なんて余計な事を考えて
しまいました。一口もらいましたが、
カリッと揚がって香ばしく、美味しいです。
セルフですがサービスでコーヒも飲めます。
メニューには価格が表示され、明朗会計
です。お店の雰囲気の割にはリーズナブル
なイメージのお寿司屋さんです。
