焼津駅と焼津港の間くらいに位置する寿司屋。
焼津港で獲れた地魚をメインとしています。
本日は寿司を食べにこちら焼津までやってきました。
すでに15:30くらいになっていましたが、お昼を食べていなかったこともあり、お腹はペコペコ。
こちら白浜寿司さんは16時からやっているという情報を聞きつけ早速GO！
オーダーは特上寿司＋赤むつ＋黒むつ＋ビール。
つまみと味噌汁がつきます。
握りを１貫ずつ出していただきます。
大将が１貫ずつ詳しく説明をしてくださり、コミュニケーションがとれるのもよいですね。
ネタは天然の地魚を使われており、新鮮なものが多いです。
長く熟成させたりといったことはしていないのかもしれませんが、炙ったり、こぶ締めにしたりとワザが加えられ、楽しめます。
最後の黒むつ、赤むつは特にうまかった。
周辺の雰囲気もよく、旅行気分が味わえました。
