A shop that sells Nagoya Cochin chicken. Based on Japanese-style meal, they also serve local fish, such as pufferfish and soft-shelled soft-shelled turtle.

こちらですが、ぶらっと歩いていた時のこと。
真面目に一瞬あまりよくない「提灯」に見えました（葬式）。
理由は、民家で白い提灯だったから。ただよく見ると「料理の看板」もあったので「飲食店」という判断が出来ました。
更にオープンしたてのようなので突撃です。
入り口に入ると凄い人。更に満員。
お店の人が出てこられ、「もうすぐ空きますので～」という一言で待つことにしました。
かなりの人気店のようで、お店の中の看板を観て携帯電話で検索すると、別住所のお店を発見。
お店の人に「支店ですか？」と伺ったら「11月18日に新規オープンというか、移動してきました」とのこと。
二階部分が住居で本腰を入れて行くみたいです。いいですねぇ～。
閑話休題。
こちらですが、和風居酒屋だと思っていたのですが、創作料理も多いようです。
また味付けがしっかりしておりました。
お勧めだったのが「だし巻きタマゴ」これは結構逸品です。ふっくらしてて玉子の旨味を感じます。
お店の大将のことを、みなさん「親方」と呼ばれているのですが...。風格があるので「親方」okです。
あと料理で印象に残っているのがコーチン生ハム。燻製ぽく仕上がっていてかなり美味しい。
特筆すべきは「親方」の人柄ですね。
久しぶりに「谷根千」で飲んでいるような心境になりました。ゆっくり過ごしてみたい、そんなお店です。
追記：
一点残念だったのが、忙しすぎることと。
あと私自身が「好きなお店の広さ」というのがあってちょっと広すぎるかな？？？と。
ただ、料理や親方（大将）の人柄含めてかなり良いと思います。
結構お勧めです。
