私の若かりし頃から営業しているお店。
久しぶりの訪店。
久しぶりすぎて、名前しか記憶にない。
夕ご飯として訪店。
店前駐車場は数台の空きがありました。
入店するとほぼ満席に近い状態。
カウンター席とテーブル席があり、カウンター席が空いていたので、そちらに着座。
メニューを見て、売りはぶたどんだったよなぁ？と思い、ラーメンとぶたどんのセットをオーダー。
配膳を待つ間、カウンター席隣のお客さんのオーダー品のぎょうざが配膳され、ぎょうざもつければ良かったと後悔。。。
程なくしてラーメン配膳。
ぶたどんを待たずして、ラーメンを食します。
まずはスープ、さっぱり醤油で身体に染み渡るほど舌に馴染みました。
麺もストレートでスープに合い美味い。
ラーメンを食べ進めている間に、ぶたどん配膳。
かなかなのボリューム。
肉は豚肩ロースかな？バラ肉ほど脂は少ない。
そして厚みがあり、食べ応え充分。
付け合せのサラダもいい。
昔ながらのお店、人気があるのもわかります。
