焼津でお仕事、晩御飯を求めて商店街をうろうろ…。
焼津の駅前の商店街は寂れてるんですが、ところどころに
気を吐くお店があるかんじ。
このお店も通りがかると結構人がいました、ここにしよ。
山正亭さん！
お店はお酒も飲める雰囲気のいいレストランという感じ。
内装外装ともに最近整えなおしたと思われる、
柔らかい明るさの雰囲気のいいお店。
地元の人、家族連れも来られてるようです。
メニュー的にも観光客向けのものはあまりない感じで、
ステーキなどが押されていて洋食屋さんっぽい。
。
とはいえ、僕はﾋﾞｼﾞﾀｰなのでやっぱり焼津ということで、
マグロステーキ丼(１５００円)と黒はんぺんフライ(１１０円)を注文。
先に出た黒はんぺんフライ…この鰹系の風味の濃いのがおいしいねえ。
ほんで次がマグロステーキ丼…
このマグロステーキ丼がおいしかった！
マグロステーキというと結局醤油で和風に焼いてる場合が多いんですが、
こちらはすごく洋食テイスト。
なんだろう。食べたことあるんだけど、なにかわからない。
オイル…バター？ムニエル…に少し近いけど、
マグロの生の部分を多く残して…マグロのうまみも生きている。
そして一転してごはんは醤油ベースにワサビや海苔のかかったジャパニーズどんぶり。
上の洋食テイストのマグロステーキと和風のごはんがすごくおいしく合わさってます！
うは、幸せ！
