アジとコロッケと串カツがセットになったもの。
アジは…ふつう。
もっとフワフワした方がいい。
串カツはふつう。
間に玉ねぎがあった。
コロッケはジャガイモオンリーのもので、最初食べたらシンプルすぎて驚いたが、食べているうちにジャガイモの甘味も感じて、最終的には1番おいしかった。
揚げ方はとても粗めのパン粉を使っていて、衣がしっかりあるタイプ。
粗めのパン粉によってサクサク感が出てる。
軽い食感だったので良かったが、細かめでサクサクしたものの方が揚げ物自体の味も際立っていいと思った。
ご飯は五穀米？十穀米？にした。
お櫃できて、自分で好きなように盛れるのがよかった。
トンカツ屋ではトンカツを食べるべきか。
