東名高速上りの日本坂パーキングエリアのフードコートにある『花沢亭』さんに行ってきました。
今回はかき揚げ天そばを注文しました。
出汁は焼津らしい鰹出汁です。
おそらくインスタントだと思いますが普通に美味しかったです。
そばはおそらく冷凍物かスーパーで売っているゆでたそばと思われます。
悪い言い方すると伸びていました。
パーキングエリアの食堂と思えば普通だと思います。
かき揚げは油が出汁に溶け込み美味しかったです。
揚げたてでなく作りおきかと思われます。
