夜勤帰りです。
台風7号の接近に伴い、自動車通勤としました。
テレビ等で脅かされた程の雨は降っていません。
しかし、油断は禁物。
さて、東名高速に乗るなら、ご飯も食べようって事で、色々と調べて見ました。
そしたら、鰹のなまり節が乗ったらーめんがあるじゃないか‼️
決定です。
日本坂PA上りに寄ります。
フードコートがあり、そこになまり節らーめんがあります。
何の拘りだか、らーめんではなく、「らぅめん」と呼びます。
しかし、なまり節とは焼津ならでは⁉️
意外な組合せ。
スープにも鰹節の出汁が入っている様。
食券を購入すれば、自動オーダー。
席で待ちます。
自動音声で呼ばれます。
普通の醤油らぅめんに、なまり節のスライスが乗った感じです。
商品名は焼津の鰹チャーシューらぅめんとなっています。
なまり節をチャーシューに見立てているのです。
なまり節から頂きました。
あっさりとした塩加減。独特の食感。臭みも無し。
これは美味いぞ。
スープをすすってみた。
動物の旨味もあるが、煮干しと鰹節も感じます。
そして、僅かだけと、臭み消しのスリ生姜。
シンプルなんだけど、そこが美味いぞ‼️
麺は細縮れ麺でした。弾力アリ。
なまり節は、あまり食べる機会がないけれど、こういった形で食べるのも面白い‼️
