かさねとんかつはミルフィーユとんかつの類で食感もよくて味もそれなりに楽しめます。
しかし何といってもかつ銀のよさは、バイキング形式でごはんやお新香、味噌汁などが食べ放題な所です。
メインのとんかつを注文して料理が出来上がる間にサラダやご飯を用意しよう何て好きな物を自由に持ってくると、その内に手を出してお新香とご飯で２～３杯平らげています。
メインのカツ料理が届いた頃にはお腹がいっぱいになっている事もしばしばあります。
それほどバイキングの品々が充実していて、ご飯が白米の他に雑穀米や赤飯など当たり前のようにあるし、味噌汁も赤だし白だしなど幾つもの寸胴が用意されています。
サラダのドレッシングなども、これでもかというぐらいに種類があり、いろいろな味を楽しめるしそれを混ぜたら何種類の味が楽しめるのだろうと、恐ろしささえ感じます。
まさに食のパラダイスを実感出来るお店です。
