*Revisited in October 2019* This is my 4th visit, but this is my first time writing a review. This is a chain store operating within Shizuoka Prefecture. This shop sells "Kasane Pork Cutlet". However, the ``Kasane Pork Cutlet'' is similar to Pork Cutlet made by layering thinly sliced meat and deep frying, so I have only had it once. After all, Pork Cutlet has to be a thick piece of meat...(T_T) I came here for work nearby that day, so I stopped by for lunch around 1:00 p.m. There aren't many restaurants around here where you can eat slowly, so this is a valuable restaurant. By the way, Gusto next door has changed to Shabuha (*_*) 70% of the customers are there. Since it's a weekday, I guess it's pretty popular... From the lunch menu, I ordered the minced meat cutlet lunch for 990 yen. You can pick up rice, miso soup, salad, pickles, etc. from the self-service space. There were different types of rice, but I chose black rice. There are ready-made miso soups and types that you can make yourself by diluting the miso with dashi stock, so I chose the latter. After that, I got salad and pickles and waited for a while (^.^) After about 10 minutes, the minced meat cutlet arrived. There are 3 minced meat cutlets that are slightly small and round. Is it enough for lunch? There wasn't any particular meat juice coming out, but it wasn't dry, so it was pretty passable. Well, I guess it's worth the price? I had a large amount of sauce and mustard sprinkled on it. Well, it had an average taste, and there wasn't much to write home about... It was fried crispy, but it didn't feel particularly ``delicious'' and had a chain restaurant-like taste. The rice was cooked well. It has the aroma of black rice and feels healthy. It goes well with minced meat cutlet (^.^) I made the miso soup myself by diluting it with dashi stock, and it was quite fragrant and delicious. It's nice to be able to decide the strength of the miso yourself♪ There are many different types of salads and pickles, and of course you can get refills as much as you like, so I think you'll enjoy it to a certain extent. You can get refills of rice and miso soup, so it's good for those who want to eat a full meal. There was coffee in the self-service corner, so I had a drink and finished. Well, is this enough for 1000 yen? I guess they sell this self-service corner... I thought it would be nice if they also had curry. Thank you for the meal.
