10時10分到着すると待ち無し
入店して案内された二人掛けのテーブル席に座って
120% 煮干しらーめんから極 塩の香油ありと直火焼き豚飯を口頭発注で後会計
10分足らずで豚飯→らーめんが配膳されました
大判のチャーシューにメンマとセンターに味玉が青ネギを散らしてあります
香油が浮いたスープを一口飲むと・・煮干しを十分に感じるがエグミなどは一切無く(^^)d旨い
丁寧にじっくり時間をかけて抽出してあるのでしょう多分
麺は中細ストレート茹で揚がりも程好く(^^)d旨い
豚丼は丼ではなくお皿に綺麗に盛られてますね肉巻きでカブリといけばタレの塩梅程好く(^^)d旨い
美味しく頂きましたご馳走さまでした。
