特濃煮干らぁめん(限定18食位) ¥1,200
豚ベースの濃厚煮干ということでしたが、舌に纏わり付く脂感はほとんどなく、味の真ん中にドシっと煮干のコクと香りが鎮座しているようだった。
味変用に頂いたおろし生姜を少し試したが、『こんな旨いスープに味変なんて勿体無い！』と思い生姜は残した。
とにかくスープが旨く、最後まで一気に細麺と一緒に啜りきった。
全てのバランスと残ニボ感の爽やかさを考えると、このスタイルこそ濃厚煮干の最適解なのでは？と感じずにはいられない。
いや～静岡、レベル高いな！
