平日11時過ぎに初訪問。
日曜日は朝ラー営業もあるが、平日は昼と夜の営業みたい。
この日は鶏白湯を白で注文。
ラーメンを待つ間にお冷を用意してくれたのだが、目の前にコップとピッチャーを用意してくれるシステムで、これって地味に嬉しい。
ラーメン屋さんだと、お冷はセルフサービスで、席を立たないといけないお店が多いのでね、、、
少し待ってからラーメンが登場。
スープは濃厚でしっかりとした味付けで美味しい。
麺には小麦の胚芽が含まれていて、しっかりとコシがあるのだが、舌触りはトゥルトゥル系で、スープには絡みにくかった。
嬉しかったのは、玉ねぎのトッピング。
粗みじんの玉ねぎは、最後までシャキシャキとした食感でとても好き。
あと、脂身多めのチャーシューは、香ばしい香りがして、柔らかく、美味しかった。
食券機を見ると、チャーシュー丼のメニューはなく、炒飯のメニューがあったのだが、炒飯にはこのチャーシューが使われているんだろうか？
聞いておけば良かった、、、
基本的に美味しかったのだが、トッピングされている海苔？の風味が全くしなかったのと、メンマがイマイチ好みではなかった。
