焼津市の大井川港にある海鮮のお店『みなと家』さんに行ってきました。
今回、自分は、うなサク丼、2500円、連れは、みなと家丼、2150円を注文しました。
うなサク丼はうなぎの蒲焼、桜えび天ぷらの丼です。
桜えびがサクサクで天丼のタレでなくうなぎのタレです。
うなぎは普通に美味しいです。
うなぎとさくらえびのコラボを考えたことが凄いと思いました。
みなと家丼はお店の屋号をつけたメニューなので、看板メニューだと思います。
マグロ刺身、中トロ、スキミ、釜揚げシラス、あおさのり、ご飯の下に桜えび天ぷらです。
刺身の鮮度がいいです。
