本日はこちらへ。
接待での利用になります。複数人だったので、2Fのテーブル席へ案内されました。オーダーは予めうな重をお願い、待つことなくタイミング良く提供していただきました。
・特選うな重 4,100円/税込
お櫃に入ったうな重(肝入り)に、茶碗蒸し、しじみの味噌汁、香の物、プリン、コーヒーが付きます。
鰻ですが、関東風です。
柔らかで、土臭み無く美味しいけれど、やはりもっと香ばしさは欲しいなと言ったところ。骨残りはそこまで無く、脂は結構乗ってました。肝は大きいですね！
その他、茶碗蒸しは夏らしくとうもろこし入り。味噌汁はしじみがたっぷりでした。
ご馳走様でした。
雰囲気やサービスを含め、接待には間違いないお店です。また機会があれば、プライベートでも利用しようと思います。
