藤枝駅の南側にある中華料理店の『華花』さんに行って来ました。
このお店は注文が少し変わっていてiPADで注文するようになっています。
メニューもiPADにあります。
今回は回鍋肉、麻婆豆腐、餃子、蟹チャーハン、メロンの杏仁豆腐を注文しました。
残念ながら蟹チャーハンの写真は撮り損ねました。
回鍋肉はシャキシャキの油通ししたキャベツ、パプリカ、じゃがいも、豚肉などが入ってます。
甘辛い味噌が美味しいです。
家庭では絶対出来ないプロの味です。
麻婆豆腐は鍋で沸騰した状態で提供されます。
辛さは普通にしました。
油多めです。
挽き肉も多めです。
辛い中にも鶏ガラスープのコクもあり、これもかなり美味しかったです。
餃子は羽根付きでした。
ニンニクが効いていて自分好みの味でした。
蟹チャーハンもパラパラで美味しいです。
丁寧な仕事ということがよくわかりません。
付いていた中華スープも絶品でした。
デザートには何種類かある杏仁豆腐の中でメロンの杏仁豆腐を注文しました。
静岡メロンのみじん切りが入っていてこれも美味しいです。
美味しいお店はどの料理も美味しい思いました。
