本日はこちらでランチ。
焼津駅南口付近で、行こうとしていたお店に2軒振られて辿り着きました。ずっと存在は知ってましたが、焼津の会食後に腹が減ってたら行こうと思って保留してお店。平日13時前、先客1組後客0。
オーダーしたのは、人気No.1メニュー。
・温つけ麺 極太麺 950円/税込
・煮たまご 100円/税込
5分ちょっとで着丼。
デフォルトで海苔が4枚付いてます。スープには、白葱、わかめ、メンマ、チャーシュー。
まずは麺。
しっかり極太麺、コシあり。熱盛りにしましたが、変なベタ付きは無く、まぁまぁって感じです。
次につけ汁。
焼津産鰹節使用の出汁と、豚骨ベースのマイルドな味わいが合わさったスープ。出汁が効いていて美味しい！動物系が加わることで、極太麺とでも物足りなさなく食べられます。ここで生きてくるのが、海苔。磯の感じと相性が抜群で、デフォルトで海苔が沢山付いている理由がわかりました。その他、チャーシューは厚切りで柔らかく美味しかった。
追加した煮たまごは、黄身がかなり緩めでした。まぁ、特に文句はないですね。
ご馳走様でした。
鰹出汁の風味が効いているのは、焼津らしさが出てるのかな、と感じます。今時のスタイリッシュさは無いですが、堅実に頑張っている様子。駅近なのでアクセスも良し、また機会があれば。
