焼津市郊外にありながら、いつも混んでいるお店です。綺麗で、くつろげて、割烹的で、ワインや日本酒も豊富な居酒屋さん。
カウンターも、個室も、テーブル席も、いずれも居心地良いです。
ご夫婦も大変気さくで、暖かいサービスに癒されます。
今日は、特に茄子の天ぷら、サツマイモの天ぷらが美味。前者は、中が半生位の仕上がり、後者は低温でずっと揚げたような、しっとり感柔らか感があります。
締めは岐阜県名物という漬物ステーキ丼。いわゆるB級グルメと思いますが、人生初体験で新鮮なお味でした。
近所にあったら、嬉しいお店です‼️
