エキマエ温泉くろしおに行く前に、前から気になってた店に行ってみる。
串盛りと、鳥塩レバー。
焼き鳥のくせに、なんだかオシャン。
一々オシャン。
こういうの、例の好事家が好きそうだな…
大人のピーマン肉詰めは、ピーマンに肉が詰まってなくて、生ピーマンが刺さっていた。
最近のピーマンは甘いので、生でパリパリ食べても瑞々しく、甘く、美味しい。
でも私は、料理の参考として頼んだので、普通の肉詰めが食べたかったなぁ！
まぁ、肉に詰めなくても美味しいよね、ってのが分かって良かった。
これ、ファミマとか杏林堂に売ってる、さ⚪︎やかと喧嘩別れしたという肉屋のハンバーグ？を焼いて、付け合わせにオイシックスの美味しい生ピーマンつければ真似できそう。
