Lunch here today! This is a typical innepa curry shop in town. When I saw the page for Yaizu City's gourmet event "Yaizu Bonito Zanmai," which is being held from the end of last month until November 13th, I learned that this restaurant was participating and decided to visit. Weekdays after 12:00, 2 groups of customers ahead of me and 1 group of customers behind. The target menu was not posted on the table, so I showed them the web page and ordered.・[Limited] Spiced Bonito Fried Rice 1,050 yen/tax included Comes with a drink and soup. For my drink, I chose iced chai. The soup arrived quickly...it was a thick chicken soup and it was delicious. I'm glad that the iced chai drink isn't sweet to begin with. The main dish arrived in about 10 minutes. I feel like it's quite a volume and has a little over 1.5 go. Since it is fried rice, it falls under the category of fried rice or pilaf. The ingredients are mixed vegetables, onions, and the main ingredient? Bonito, green onion, ginger... It is similar to pilaf both in terms of ingredients and moistness. There's cumin in there. Pilaf at Western Cuisine restaurant would have the flavor of butter, but it feels like it has been replaced with cumin. I was hoping for a stronger spice like biryani, but it was a little disappointing that it only had a hint of cumin. It was bonito, but the bones hit quite a bit. I wonder if they also use scraps for heating... I wish he had been a little more like the main character. I wanted them to use good quality bonito. Thank you for the meal. I had high hopes for something different, but I think I would probably be more satisfied if I ate the curry normally. I guess I won't order it next time... *At the time of visit → Rating 3.14
