I thought the air conditioning was too effective, so I grabbed a lap blanket, pants and a shawl from the car, but it was still cold. When I started eating, it was hot! I thought the air conditioner was for this purpose, but when I was talking, it was cold again! Spice is amazing. The appetizer soup also had ginger in it, which gave it a warming feel. It's dinner time, so I decided to have biryani, which I don't usually get to eat. I learned about biryani from a friend and it's delicious. I want to be able to make this myself. Oishinbo says to boil the long grain rice, but in the case of biryani, should it be boiled or cooked?
