味のある外観にひかれて、訪問。
焼津にいったら絶対寄ろうとおもってたお店の一つです。
創業文久３年というこちら、有形登録文化財を申請したら絶対に通りそう。
各種さつま揚げと「はんべ」（黒はんぺんのことをこう呼ぶらしい）、
それに数種類のかまぼこなどがショーケースに並びます。
かまぼこも気になったのだけど、近々に小田原に行く予定があるので断念、
かわりにさつま揚げをいろいろいただくことに。
自宅でさっとあぶってショウガ醤油でいただいてみると、
やっぱり静岡なのかな、それともおさかなの味なのかな、
ほんのりとした甘みを感じるタイプが多いようでした。
でもすっきり上品な甘みです。
