【蓮華寺池公園近くの朝ラーのお店】ガラ、丸鶏を使用したスープーに節の香りがたまらない！！
蕎麦屋と豚骨ラーメン屋さんのコラボから始まった支那そばしげもと。今年のリニューアルを機に、朝ラーの進化系ラーメンを開発致しました。鰹節メインの魚介系と丸鶏をコトコト煮込んだスープに長期熟成の二度仕込み醤油を使った漆喰の黒さの返しで作るまろやかで醤油の旨味をたっぷり味わう事ができる当店おススメのラーメンです。定番の温・冷のセットもあり朝7時開店で地域に愛されるお店を目指しております。 |
初めて来店しました。平日限定の塩とんこつチャーシュー。ホームページ掲載の写真とは全く違うので謎です。支那竹もなしです。支那竹提供をやめたのかな。よくチャーシュー丼などに、細かなチャーシューをのせてるお店がありますが、チャーシュー麺を注文してこのようなボロボロの小さなチャーシューが乗せられたものが出てきたのはかなり驚きました。味など好みは人それぞれですが、再訪はないです。【すぎ多】へ長年通っているので期待していたのですが残念です。
