静岡焼津線沿いにある店、東小川にあります。
駐車場は店の前と、スギ薬局の道を挟んで向かいに数台あります。店は新しいので綺麗です。
『至高のトリュフ〈塩〉』970円
具材は豚・鶏のチャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ。チャーシューそして、トリュフソースがかかっています。スープ表面には鶏油が艶やかに光り輝いて、黄金のスープ。
麺は細麺か平打ち麺を選ぶことができ。今回は細麺で頂きました。伊駄天の自家製麺は、弾力があり、スパゲッティのパスタに近い歯切れ。細麺ですがしっかりした麺なので、強目のスープにもあう。イタリア風のラーメンです。チャーシューは豚・鶏むね・鶏ももの３種どれも美味しい！
『餃子セット』300円
餃子３個とライスです。ライスは平日１杯おかわり無料。餃子は肉多めのジューシーな食感。焼き加減も丁度よく。ご飯が進みます。ふりかけももってきてくれて。かつおぶしのふりかけでした。
