ランチが物足りなく感じたので、ラーメンを1杯、と思いこちらのお店に。
以前から気になっていたお店です。
時は11時45分。
店前の駐車場はほぼ満車。
たまたま端っこにスペースが空き、無事駐車。
入店すると、店内は混雑していた。
カウンター席が空いていたのでそちらに着座。
メニューを見て軽めのラーメンとして、塩ラーメンをオーダー。
配膳されたラーメン。
とっても綺麗。
黄金色に輝くスープと脂がこだわりを演出している。
まずはスープ。
塩味少なめの優しい味。
トゲのないスープです。
麺はストレート麺。
スープが麺に絡む、優しい味。
チャーシューは鳥と豚の2種楽しめるやつ。
スープの塩味が優しいので、最後までスープを楽しめました。
