寝坊助なカミさんを叩き起こし向かったのはコチラ
《焼津港のめし処 与作鮨》
場所は焼津警察署や市立病院のすぐ近くで 朝7時30分から
営業されていて 駐車場は店前 店横 店裏にありますよ
到着したのは7時40分くらいだったかな？
店内はお寿司屋さんと言うより大衆食堂です
運転はかみさんに託し 迎え酒の朝ビーしましょと
【サッポロラガー(600円)】を喉に流し込む
カミさんは握り鮨から【焼津浜(1,280円)】
僕はビールのアテに【キンメ煮魚定食】を単品注文(価格不明)
途中からホール担当の女の子が出勤してきましたが その間
親方ともう一人の男性が調理兼ホールをやられているので
提供までかなり時間を費やしますね
他にもアテを頼みたかったのだが そんな理由で断念！
《焼津浜》
握り鮨が8貫 南マグロ×3 イカ 白身×2 海老 玉子に
あら汁付き
ネタは大きく食べ応えあり鮮度も悪くない
流石 焼津で長年営業されてただけの事はあります
《キンメ煮付け》
キンメは良いのだが かなり甘めの煮汁 ミリンが多いのかな？
期待し過ぎたか？煮汁の味付けでコレは好みから外れた
現在はコロナの影響で夜営業はやっていないそうですが
朝定食は660円〜
昼定食は770円〜と手軽な価格のメニューもあり 使い勝手は良いと思います
次回は朝定食を試してみようかな？

早速食べてきましたよ
「今日の朝定食は何かな？」と尋ねれば
マグロ カンパチ サワラ イナダとの答えをいただき
【朝定食(660円)】はサワラをチョイス！
大きな湯呑みに熱々のお茶が寿司屋らしくて良いな
《朝定食》
サワラの皿には おろしと玉子焼に
ご飯 味噌汁 メカジキフレーク 香物が脇を固める布陣
前回の味噌汁はあら汁だったが 今回はあさりの味噌汁
メインのサワラは普通だが 味付け濃いめのフレークが白飯を誘いバクバクと飯が進みます
お寿司屋さんの玉子焼は美味しいね
普段は食べない朝ごはん
今日はしっかりと食べれちゃいました
