初めての焼鳥コース、半年待ちで、やっと行きたかった「鳥しげ」さんを訪問出来ました。カウンター9席のお店。
【1.桑高農園プチヴェールのお浸し】
粒マスタードでいただく。野菜の味がしっかり濃い。
【2.メス胸肉湯引き】
伊豆の天城軍鶏をカツオ出汁醤油とわさびでいただく。噛むほど味がでる。絶品。
【3.昼〆 レバー 焼】
文句なし。
【4.もも焼】
肉の味がしっかり楽しめます。
【5.昼〆のハツ】
食感がたまらない。
【6.藤枝市岡部、杉山農園 玉取茸】
モーツァルト聴いて育った椎茸。最高でした。椎茸好きにはたまらない一品。

これほど甘いネギは、凄い。

手羽元と胸の間にある部位。柚子胡椒でいただく。皮パリ、最高。

ハツとレバーの間。油が甘く、美味。

肉の味をしっかり感じます。こちらも絶品。

初めての焼鳥コース、期待以上、大満足で幸せな時間を過ごせました。鶏も野菜も絶品でした。大将、女将さんも最高です。やっぱり静岡、美味しい。
