焼津駅南口のエキチカ温泉くろしおの帰りに初訪問。
夜は17時オープンかと思いきや、18時から。
ちょっと時間をつぶして18時ちょうどに店内へ、一番乗り。
まず食券を購入するシステム。QR決済利用可能。
牡蠣塩らぁ麺金豚王1100円、しらす丼350円をオーダー。
18時から20時までの時間帯は200円割引らしい。
写真で伝わらないかもしれないが、麺の置き方がキレイ。
牡蠣のかおりが凄い。
それぞれの具材の場所ごとに味わおうと思ったが、混ぜて味わう。
途中、店員さんにオススメされたバジルをオン。一気に洋風、合う。
しらす丼は、あまり工夫が感じられず、惜しい。
